About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to measure incremental impact on GMV, acquisition, renewals, and upgrades; enhance model design, inference, and business adoption to inform budget decisions
Lead incrementality and causal measurement by designing A/B tests and experiments to quantify true lift, performance, and scalability
Develop ML models for member segmentation across lifecycle (acquisition to renewal) using clustering and trigger-based targeting to improve conversion and engagement
Productionize data science solutions with robust pipelines, monitoring, and retraining; apply AI to automate workflows, accelerate insights, and ensure scalable, reliable systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field, with 3+ years applying ML and advanced analytics to real-world problems
Experience building and scaling production-grade data science systems (training pipelines, evaluation, monitoring, retraining)
Strong hands-on expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) including saturation curves, diminishing returns, marginal ROAS, and Bayesian/frequentist methods; end-to-end MMM experience preferred
Experience in causal inference and experimentation (A/B testing, Bayesian time series) with 2+ years in causal ML
Experience in causal machine learning or experimentation
Python and SQL expertise with working on cloud based data platform
Experience in retail or marketing analytics is a plus
