About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and oversight of modular and relay initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
Manage portfolio capacity and resources, sequencing work to meet business rhythms and store readiness.
Establish and enforce execution standards and best practices, conducting post-implementation reviews to scale improvements.
Serve as a strategic liaison across Insights, Space, and Merchant teams to align decisions with execution realities.
Mentor managers and associates, fostering continuous learning and leadership development.
Drive process optimization, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making to support operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 5 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, including 2 years’ experience leading teams or cross-functional programs.
Option 2: 7 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale relay/mod initiatives.
Extensive experience in strategic planning, execution leadership, and governance of complex initiatives.
Proven ability to manage portfolios and resources effectively, balancing capacity with business priorities.
Expertise in process optimization, risk management, and data analysis to drive operational excellence.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling alignment between insights, merchant, and leadership teams.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing high-potential talent to build future leaders.
Ability to design and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and quality standards.
Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
