About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance key business functions and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
- Proven expertise in process improvement and change management to drive operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with various business partners and influence decision-makers.
- Experience managing large projects and adapting strategies to evolving industry best practices.
