About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource alignment to meet delivery goals.
- Define and drive end-to-end system solution designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve ambiguities, and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, align priorities, and communicate program status through data-driven insights.
- Promote automation and tooling to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software and hardware lifecycles, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing to align priorities and drive consensus.
- Proficiency in defining measurable goals, analyzing data for decision-making, and driving continuous process improvements.
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering high-performing, collaborative environments.
