Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource alignment to meet delivery goals.
Define and drive end-to-end system solution designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve ambiguities, and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, align priorities, and communicate program status through data-driven insights.
Promote automation and tooling to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software and hardware lifecycles, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing to align priorities and drive consensus.
Proficiency in defining measurable goals, analyzing data for decision-making, and driving continuous process improvements.
Experience mentoring team members and fostering high-performing, collaborative environments.
