What you’ll need

6+ years of Product Management experience in technology or data-intensive environments.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering and Data Science teams.
Experience owning products or platforms with measurable business impact.
Experience building AI/ML-driven products, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or growth platforms.
Strong experimentation background including A/B testing and statistical reasoning.
Experience with customer engagement, retention, CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle ecosystems.
Technical fluency with data platforms, experimentation systems, APIs, and ML concepts.
Strong executive communication and organizational influence skills.
