Key responsibilities & impact

Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles
Fitting footwear and providing feedback to factories and cross functional teams
Develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching
Manage departmental calendars and coordinate with cross-functional partners
Develop and implement tools and specifications to enhance productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textiles, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in technical design, product development, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in technical design, product development, or related area
1 year’s supervisory experience
Proven experience in footwear technical design and product lifecycle management
Strong skills in workflow management and quality management
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively
Commitment to ethical practices and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
