Fill a critical new leadership position responsible for the global support infrastructure, data governance, and processes that enable advertisers, agencies, and tech partners to achieve their business goals.
Support sales, account strategy, insights & optimization, and marketing teams to hit aggressive growth targets.
Lead a high performing US-based team and robust international team ensuring 24/7 customer success and technical support.
Drive seamless cross-regional collaboration with a customer-first approach.
Work cross-functionally with senior leaders from Product, Global Tech, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to scale the business and guarantee seamless campaign delivery.
Standardize and scale processes, tools, and systems; drive a process improvement mindset to reduce waste; defend revenue by proactively ensuring operational rigor; leverage AI to automate workflows.
Mentor and manage a team of revenue operations professionals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
5 years’ supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience building and leading a high-performing internationally distributed teams.
Strong technical acumen.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinker with strong operational judgment and analytical depth.
Skilled in navigating complexity and driving clarity through data.
Ability to build strong cross functional partnerships across Walmart Connect and the broader Walmart organization.
Comfort influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Passion for building scalable, technology-enabled operating models that deliver measurable business impact.
Advanced experience implementing AI automation and location-based strategies to augment highly scaled operational workflows.
Deep structural understanding of programmatic media and complex ad serving systems.
