Drive audit process improvements by recognizing automation opportunities and standardizing methodologies.
Innovate using AI tools, Vibe Coding, Data Visualization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
Proven experience in audit planning, execution, and control deficiency management within complex organizations.
Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and auditing standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Ability to lead and develop audit teams through mentoring, training, and performance management.
Expertise in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements using advanced data and analytical techniques.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey audit findings clearly to stakeholders.
Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in all audit activities.
Adaptability to evolving business needs and proficiency in leveraging automation to enhance audit processes.
