Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
  • Proven experience in audit planning, execution, and control deficiency management within complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and auditing standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead and develop audit teams through mentoring, training, and performance management.
  • Expertise in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements using advanced data and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey audit findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in all audit activities.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and proficiency in leveraging automation to enhance audit processes.
