About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Manager, Audit leads and oversees audit activities by developing strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- This role directs audit planning, execution, and reporting while identifying control deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- The manager fosters team development through coaching and mentoring, promotes adherence to ethical standards, and drives continuous process enhancements by leveraging automation and data analytics.
- Collaborating cross-functionally, the position supports compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, delivering insightful findings and recommendations that uphold integrity and contribute to organizational excellence.
- Coordinate and oversee audit methodology by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business objectives.
- Plan, assign, and manage audit documentation, ways of working, and evaluating process efficiencies.
- Communicate new guidance and recommendations through clear, executive-level reports tailored to stakeholders.
- Drive audit process improvements by recognizing automation opportunities and standardizing methodologies.
- Innovate using AI tools, Vibe Coding, Data Visualization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
- Proven experience in audit planning, execution, and control deficiency management within complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and auditing standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and develop audit teams through mentoring, training, and performance management.
- Expertise in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements using advanced data and analytical techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey audit findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Commitment to ethical standards and integrity in all audit activities.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and proficiency in leveraging automation to enhance audit processes.
