Lead and oversee complex investigations involving fraud, corruption, misappropriation, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest and other major incidents across multiple business segments.
Utilize AI to assist in developing investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare comprehensive reports for business units and legal authorities.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external agencies to support investigative efforts and risk mitigation.
Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process improvements to reduce risks and enhance controls.
Manage and mentor investigation team members, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
Drive execution of global investigation plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field.
Extensive experience in leading complex investigations involving fraud, misappropriation, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest and major incidents across multiple business segments.
Background in forensic accounting/financial fraud investigations (preferred skill).
Proven ability to develop investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, and present findings to business units and legal authorities.
Strong skills in managing and mentoring teams, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Expertise in identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Excellent communication and report writing skills to prepare comprehensive investigative documentation and legal presentations.
Strong skills in Microsoft suite of products and fundamental use of AI to assist in developing investigative strategies, evidence collection, and reports for business units.
