Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead asset protection efforts to prevent loss, theft, and security breaches within distribution centers and fulfillment centers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Lead investigations into security incidents and monitor for theft and shrinkage.
  • Manage access controls and develop loss prevention strategies.
  • Utilize data collection and visualization tools to analyze incidents, improve processes, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security measures and operational excellence.
  • Build business cases for new initiatives with clear ROI or cost savings.
  • Train and mentor on safety protocols, asset protection policies, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; AND 1 year's experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety.
  • Option 2: 3 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety.
  • 1 or More Certifications such as Loss Prevention Certification (LPC), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Associate Safety Professional; Certified Safety Professional; or related.
  • Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
