  • Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Develop and communicate strategic business plans, adjusting approaches based on performance metrics and operational feedback.
  • Lead and mentor associates through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
  • Manage change initiatives by defining objectives, assessing readiness, and ensuring timely implementation across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve business issues and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management by analyzing data, assessing risks, and aligning strategies with company goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
  • Proven experience in driving business strategy execution and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify barriers, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally to align strategic priorities and communicate business plans.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in managing change initiatives and adjusting approaches to ensure successful adoption.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and leveraging insights to enhance operational efficiency.
