Key responsibilities & impact

Design seasonal prints, patterns, graphics, and engineered layouts across apparel categories.
Curate trend-right print assortments that align with brand vision and customer needs.
Translate market research and runway trends into commercially viable designs.
Partner closely with Design and cross-functional teams from concept to execution.
Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and technical CAD files.
Maintain brand consistency, color accuracy, and print quality standards.
Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions that elevate the customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, textile design, or related area and 3 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
Elevated taste level with strong market, runway, and trend awareness.
Strong sense of color, print, pattern, and graphic design.
Advanced CAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Ability to create customer-right, commercially viable print assortments.
Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience developing production-ready artwork and engineered layouts.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solving mindset with adaptability and innovation.
Passion for apparel, design, and emerging trends.
