About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design seasonal prints, patterns, graphics, and engineered layouts across apparel categories.
- Curate trend-right print assortments that align with brand vision and customer needs.
- Translate market research and runway trends into commercially viable designs.
- Partner closely with Design and cross-functional teams from concept to execution.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and technical CAD files.
- Maintain brand consistency, color accuracy, and print quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions that elevate the customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, textile design, or related area and 3 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
- Elevated taste level with strong market, runway, and trend awareness.
- Strong sense of color, print, pattern, and graphic design.
- Advanced CAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Ability to create customer-right, commercially viable print assortments.
- Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience developing production-ready artwork and engineered layouts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with adaptability and innovation.
- Passion for apparel, design, and emerging trends.
