Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of curators, content creators, and museum professionals in strategic and operational areas.
Lead and manage the execution of deliverables from 3rd party design partners.
Cultivate a culture of creativity and excellence by providing mentorship and professional development.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on emerging trends.
Define and oversee the museum's long-term strategic direction for curatorial excellence and digital transformation.
Own the museum’s digital roadmap, guiding the development and implementation of tools, platforms, and technologies.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
