About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute a multi-quarter transformation roadmap across Shopper & InHome experiences.
- Diagnose marketplace and operational gaps using telemetry/event-stream data and customer/shopper insights.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to design, test, and scale solutions.
- Lead experimentation (including AI-enabled prototypes and A/B tests) to validate impact at scale.
- Own trade-offs across speed, cost, experience, and complexity to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Expertise in two-sided marketplace dynamics and unit economics (supply/demand, cost, experience).
- Experience using event-stream/operational telemetry for root cause analysis and roadmap decisions.
- Proven experimentation at scale (A/B testing across large populations; AI prototyping a plus).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, high-impact action.
