Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
OR 6 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
Extensive experience in merchandise planning, financial forecasting, and category management for complex categories.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to develop insights and influence strategic decisions.
Expertise in customer demand planning and inventory management with an omni-channel customer focus.
Proven ability to develop and execute category-level financial targets and budget recommendations.
Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally to align forecasts and drive business plans.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and support negotiation processes with financial insights.
