About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration and establishing best practices across business areas.
- Develop and implement business and financial plans aligned with overall strategy to support strategic partnerships.
- Drive problem-solving efforts for ambiguous challenges, recommending corrective actions and managing risks.
- Manage multiple strategic partnership projects, ensuring alignment on timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Advise stakeholders using data-driven insights and macroeconomic analysis to influence strategic decisions and change.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years’ experience leading key strategic partnerships, business development, or related area OR 9 years’ experience leading key strategic partnerships, business development, Engineering, or related area.
- Led complex multi-faceted relationships with external partners.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business and financial plans aligned with overall corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business and financial data.
- Expertise in negotiation and business development to structure and close strategic partnership deals.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
