Key responsibilities & impact

Provide advanced technical support for CCTV, alarm, intrusion, access control, and paging/music systems.
Identify systemic technical issues and develop technical bulletins for field technicians.
Verify proper integration and programming of security and communication systems.
Serve as primary contact for resolving escalations involving multiple security technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer technical solutions addressing business challenges.
Advise and guide teams on best practices to align with customer and business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven expertise in advanced technical support for CCTV, alarm, intrusion, access control, and paging/music systems.
Strong skills in root cause analysis and incident management to resolve complex technical escalations.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to engineer and implement effective technical solutions.
Proficiency with security systems, access controls, and tools including JIRA and Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to develop and communicate technical guidance and best practices to field technicians and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and fostering high-performing teams aligned with company values.
