About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advanced technical support for CCTV, alarm, intrusion, access control, and paging/music systems.
- Identify systemic technical issues and develop technical bulletins for field technicians.
- Verify proper integration and programming of security and communication systems.
- Serve as primary contact for resolving escalations involving multiple security technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer technical solutions addressing business challenges.
- Advise and guide teams on best practices to align with customer and business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business solutions.
- Monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to organizational changes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in advanced technical support for CCTV, alarm, intrusion, access control, and paging/music systems.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and incident management to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to engineer and implement effective technical solutions.
- Proficiency with security systems, access controls, and tools including JIRA and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to develop and communicate technical guidance and best practices to field technicians and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and fostering high-performing teams aligned with company values.
- Commitment to integrity, compliance, and delivering customer-focused business results.
