Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive strategic execution support for leadership across the AI, Product, and Design organization
  • Lead operational cadences, cross-functional coordination, and follow-ups to keep priorities aligned and on track
  • Manage rapid-response and high-impact initiatives, translating leadership direction into actionable outcomes
  • Develop executive-ready communications, whitepapers, presentations, and leadership materials
  • Partner across Business, Product, Design, and Technology to improve visibility into progress, risks, and execution health
  • Identify operational gaps and drive actions that improve organizational effectiveness and accountability
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field
  • 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
