Oversee the full lifecycle of land development projects, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and capital approvals to align with business objectives.
Develop and execute entitlement, permitting, and regulatory strategies, coordinating with authorities and external partners to secure necessary approvals.
Lead and manage external development teams, negotiate agreements, and represent the company in public and regulatory forums.
Mentor project management staff, implement process improvements, and establish governance practices to enhance project delivery.
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership with clear, data-driven analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, real estate development, land development, or related area, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years’ experience in commercial real estate development, land development, or large-scale capital project management.
Experience managing end-to-end development projects, including due diligence, entitlements, permitting, construction oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience managing multi-year development timelines with significant capital investment.
