Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop high-quality features with a focus on resiliency, scalability, and fault tolerance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business, customer, and technical requirements
  • Improve application quality through best practices in accessibility, usability, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and development standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience
  • strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot
  • experience building transactional systems
  • solid understanding of REST API design and distributed systems patterns
  • experience with Cosmos DB or other NoSQL data stores
  • strong DevOps mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
