Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts.
Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven expertise in human resource management and organizational change management to support strategic business goals.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Experience in talent planning, associate engagement, and developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
Demonstrated capability to manage compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trusting relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
Commitment to continuous improvement, adaptability, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
