About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts.
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in human resource management and organizational change management to support strategic business goals.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in talent planning, associate engagement, and developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Demonstrated capability to manage compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trusting relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, adaptability, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
