Key responsibilities & impact

The Manager, Finance for AI Acceleration, Product & Design serves as a strategic finance partner supporting Walmart’s enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving financial planning, investment analysis, forecasting, and business performance management.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Corporate Finance teams to evaluate investments and optimize resource allocation.
Deliver business reviews highlighting performance versus plan and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related area and 2 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area.
Experience in Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance supporting technology, product, or innovation organizations.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Experience supporting technology, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL, BigQuery, or similar analytics tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environments.
