About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead creative asset development across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Review and interpret creative briefs to guide project execution and maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Manage visual branding for digital, print, video, and packaging materials, advancing the brand voice through innovative content.
- Oversee project management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing contingency plans to address challenges.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.
- Proven experience leading creative asset development and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in reviewing and interpreting creative briefs to align with marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage visual branding across all member touchpoints including digital and print.
- Skilled in executing innovative creative strategies informed by industry trends and business needs.
- Effective project management capabilities, including budget oversight and team leadership.
- Proficient in collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure campaign alignment.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and performance improvement.
- Competence in contingency planning and adaptability to changing business priorities.
