About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement People strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment and addressing People-related impacts across functions.
- Design and execute talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
- Oversee performance management processes to identify strengths and development needs, driving business unit performance.
- Direct implementation of People practices, systems, and policies, monitoring effectiveness and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to support business objectives and associate engagement.
- Support mentorship and workforce development to cultivate a skilled and engaged workforce.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 7 years’ experience in human resources, communication, journalism, business, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in human resources, communications, business, or related area.
- 3 years’ supervisory experience.
