Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement People strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment and addressing People-related impacts across functions.
Design and execute talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
Oversee performance management processes to identify strengths and development needs, driving business unit performance.
Direct implementation of People practices, systems, and policies, monitoring effectiveness and resolving issues.
Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to support business objectives and associate engagement.
Support mentorship and workforce development to cultivate a skilled and engaged workforce.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 7 years’ experience in human resources, communication, journalism, business, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in human resources, communications, business, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
