About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business area strategy development by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing aligned recommendations.
- Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies through monitoring and implementing HR compliance processes.
- Handle escalated customer service issues, providing technical support, benefits education, and resolving complex inquiries.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
- Strong skills in payroll administration, including resolving complex payroll inquiries and providing education.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Expertise in handling escalated customer service issues with professionalism and technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in managing security access and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and continuous improvement in processes and systems.
