Key responsibilities & impact

Participates in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements and translating requirements into technical solutions.
Writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborating with the project team and cross-functional teams; troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes.
Enhancing design to prevent reoccurrences of defects; ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs.
Interacting with project manager to provide input on project plan; providing leadership to the project team.
Identifying short- and long-term solutions; reviewing and approving proposed solutions; implementing new architectural patterns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area.
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, and knowledge of accessibility best practices.
