About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute compliance operations by reviewing entry documentation and ensuring filings meet U.S. Customs 'reasonable care' standards
  • Own issue resolution end-to-end by taking accountability for assigned issue types and broker relationships
  • Manage customs broker performance by enforcing Broker Business Rules
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with CBP and applicable PGA requirements across import categories
  • Drive continuous improvement by performing root cause analysis and implementing process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
