Key responsibilities & impact

Drives account strategy, performance optimization, and relationship management for small-to-mid sized retail partners.
Supports sales growth, operational efficiency, and partner success through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Execute account strategy, pipeline development, and business case support for small-to-mid sized retailers.
Analyze performance across sales, profitability, fulfillment, and service to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
Manage partner relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support long-term growth.
Develop KPIs, action plans, and operational processes to enhance partner performance and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally and provide guidance or informal mentorship to support team and business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in business or related field OR 2 years' experience in business or related area.
Experience in account management, sales strategy, or retail partnership management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage external partner relationships.
Experience developing and executing business strategies, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
Demonstrated ability to support or mentor others without direct authority.
