About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads automation, supply chain, and start-up training initiatives within distribution centers.
Partners with Operations, Engineering, and Site Leadership to ensure safe, reliable ramp-up of automated processes while improving product flow, efficiency, and associate readiness.
Manage multiple projects or workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, and readiness.
Analyze workflows and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with safety, policy, and operational standards.
Coach and support associates to drive adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience in distribution center operations with exposure to automation, maintenance, or receiving.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including training delivery or content development.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in an operational environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred: Experience supporting DC start-ups or automation rollouts. Familiarity with WMS, robotics, conveyors, or automated material handling systems.
