About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple operational work streams by designing and executing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze, plan, and implement initiatives that improve business efficiency.
- Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to stakeholders.
- Identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the development and enhancement of operational tools and processes to reduce costs and drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to support strategy execution.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities for associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- Proven experience in managing multiple operational work streams with strong project management skills.
- Ability to design, organize, and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Demonstrated adaptability and accountability in driving continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Leadership skills to mentor, develop, and support team members while upholding company values and ethics.
