About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver multi-modal learning programs, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT ( vILT ), eLearning, video, simulations, microlearning, and blended learning for internal and external audiences.
Develop modular curricula (e.g., 101/201/301) that build from foundational product knowledge to more advanced platform capabilities and campaign strategies.
Apply instructional design, UX, and storytelling principles to create engaging, learner-centric content.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, certification programs, and enablement workshops.
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate product features and updates into effective learning experiences.
Support the development and delivery of certification programs, including content creation, assessment design, and updates.
Maintain certification materials to ensure alignment with current product features and best practices.
Assist in managing certification logistics , learner tracking, and reporting within the LMS.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Management teams to align training with product launches and business priorities.
Track and analyze learning performance metrics such as completion rates, learner feedback, and knowledge retention.
Contribute to the ongoing development of Walmart Connect Academy as a scalable learning platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business , Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
5 + years of experience in Learning & Development, Product Enablement, or Customer/Partner Education.
Experience designing and delivering multi-modal learning programs (ILT, vILT , eLearning, microlearning, video).
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Experience working with LMS platforms and learning analytics.
Basic understanding of digital advertising, ad tech, or SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar.
Ability to translate complex product information into clear, actionable learning content.
