About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend expense targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances
- Develop and maintain control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency
- Produce financial models incorporating assumptions and risks to support business decisions and presentations
- Partner with senior management to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives
- Oversee budgeting processes and provide insights on historical trends and future forecasts
- Business case development and initiative sizing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions
- Strong skills in variance analysis, month-end closing, and commercial finance processes
- Ability to develop and present financial models and business cases to senior management
- Expertise in managing complex control structures and ensuring compliance with financial policies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Power BI, to enhance reporting transparency
