Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Proven experience managing operational projects with strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives to meet business objectives.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce costs.
Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally to influence stakeholders and drive strategy execution aligned with organizational goals.
Strong proficiency in project and workflow management, including resource allocation and timeline coordination.
Demonstrated accountability and adaptability in managing multiple priorities within dynamic environments.
Effective communication skills to convey project status, insights, and recommendations to several audiences.
Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational outcomes.
