About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive international marketplace seller growth by leading adoption of key programs and initiatives across regions.
- Partner with global stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that increase seller engagement and program adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international seller growth teams, ensuring alignment with central product and program priorities.
- Collaborate closely with China account leads and regional teams to tailor and implement localized growth strategies.
- Translate global initiatives into region-specific execution plans, accounting for market nuances and seller needs.
- Partner with product and program teams to provide insights on international seller behavior, pain points, and opportunities.
- Establish feedback loops to inform product development and improve program effectiveness for diverse seller segments.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay informed on marketplace trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in global seller growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with global or distributed teams.
- Strong program management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
- Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones (e.g., EST, PST, IST, CST).
