Develop innovative and disruptive transformation strategies and present to senior leadership for resourcing and prioritization
Track industry trends and build multi-year strategic growth plans
Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Identify customer and operational needs, develop business plans, and remove barriers to achieve performance goals.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely implementation of process improvements and change initiatives across the organization.
Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze data, and recommend enhancements to leadership.
Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting learning and innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
Proven expertise in corporate strategy development and execution within complex business environments.
Strong management consulting and leadership skills, including mentoring and team development.
Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and critical thinking to drive informed decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading change initiatives to improve operational performance.
Ability to develop and communicate strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple priorities and evolving business needs.
