About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop innovative and disruptive transformation strategies and present to senior leadership for resourcing and prioritization
- Track industry trends and build multi-year strategic growth plans
- Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Identify customer and operational needs, develop business plans, and remove barriers to achieve performance goals.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely implementation of process improvements and change initiatives across the organization.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze data, and recommend enhancements to leadership.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting learning and innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
- Proven expertise in corporate strategy development and execution within complex business environments.
- Strong management consulting and leadership skills, including mentoring and team development.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and critical thinking to drive informed decisions.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading change initiatives to improve operational performance.
- Ability to develop and communicate strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple priorities and evolving business needs.
