About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and execute enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee program performance by monitoring key indicators, evaluating outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and community involvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards of integrity and ethics while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
