Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and execute enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee program performance by monitoring key indicators, evaluating outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and community involvement.
Ensure compliance with company standards of integrity and ethics while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
