About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the in-store activation strategy to grow Walmart+ awareness, adoption and engagement.
  • Partner with operations to scale programs, improve execution, and drive consistency.
  • Equip associates to be Walmart+ ambassadors through training, tools, and incentives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop targeted programs and materials that enable stores to promote Walmart+.
  • Own Walmart+ messaging at major enterprise moments (YBM, Holiday, Associate Week) to drive alignment and execution.
  • Ensure stores have clear, actionable data and insights to execute and drive accountability.
  • Track key metrics, field feedback, and customer insights to identify opportunities, inform roadmaps and continuously improve programs.
  • Oversee associate membership program.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.
