About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross functional teams to shape technical solutions and high level designs.
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, high quality code.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Translate project requirements into technical deliverables and keep work on track.
- Support CI and CD processes through automation and performance monitoring.
- Guide and mentor engineers, including offshore team members.
- Document solutions and maintain clear connections across requirements, design, and testing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience designing and building software using Java and object oriented programming.
- Strong skills in API design, platform development, and component services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development practices.
- Familiarity with CI and CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Ability to write clear, well-structured documentation and maintain coding standards.
- Experience working across teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to support and guide engineers to deliver strong results.
