About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end requirements and seller experience for one Marketplace supply chain product
- Design and own technical requirements, seller performance and analytics/insights dashboard development and delivery
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement complex system integrations
- Develop and communicate technical roadmaps for supply chain product
- Drive data-driven product decisions through customer/seller analysis and metrics
- Create comprehensive Technical BRDs and PRFAQs that clearly articulate system requirements and integration strategies
- Define and own technical KPIs, business metrics, and customer segmentation insights across delivery platforms
- Partner with business teams to translate seller insights into actionable growth strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area
- knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- knowledge of accessibility best practices
