About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and monitor program budgets, providing accurate estimations and financial inputs for business cases and operating plans.
- Assess resource requirements and identify risks to ensure successful completion of projects with small to medium complexity.
- Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review progress, address issues, and maintain program health.
- Communicate key business considerations and support decision-making processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Influence stakeholders through clear, concise communication and build collaborative relationships to drive project outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives and oversee execution of deliverables across multiple teams.
- Monitor program performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Proven experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication to influence and build consensus across teams.
- Expertise in business operations with the ability to assess KPIs and support decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation, and program monitoring tools to ensure project success.
- Ability to translate business requirements into integrated program plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of technology landscape and its impact on business strategy and project execution.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
