About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in human resource management and organizational change management to support strategic business goals
- Strong skills in data analysis to interpret reports, identify risks, and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience in driving performance improvement through coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
- Ability to lead compliance with federal, state, and local laws, ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards
- Demonstrated capability in fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment with effective communication and relationship-building
- Proficiency in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business priorities
- Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
