About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of internal-only executive searches.
- Act as the central point of contact across multiple concurrent searches.
- Partner with Executive Recruiters to enable focus on external and hybrid searches.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Management to identify, assess, and activate internal talent pipelines.
- Drive consistency and rigor in internal hiring practices.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, talent management, or HR program leadership.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume workstreams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong project management capability.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders.
- A systems mindset, with a focus on process optimization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong judgment and discretion when working with sensitive executive talent matters.
- Comfort using data and insights to guide decisions and communicate progress.
