About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in defining product features and translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to plan sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Analyze data and feedback to prioritize feature enhancements and resolve issues.
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, inventory, store operations) to gather and clarify requirements.
- Support in developing product documentation, training materials, and internal communication plans.
- Drive product capabilities and roadmap with very minimal supervision and guidance.
- Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment.
- Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision making, Make impact on a global scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You come with 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with eCommerce or internet-based products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Uncompromising commitment to the customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.
- Advanced/ master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.
