Key responsibilities & impact

Lead commissioning activities from utility energization through customer activation, ensuring sites are fully operational and meet performance standards.
Manage commissioning vendors, EV hardware suppliers, and backend CSMS providers to ensure seamless system integration and readiness.
Partner with Development, Construction, Utilities, and Global Tech teams to align commissioning timelines and resolve integration challenges.
Drive automation and standardization of commissioning workflows in collaboration with Retail EV Charging Innovations and Global Tech.
Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols, testing procedures, and performance benchmarks across all deployments.
Partner with Customer Engagement & Growth to support successful site launches and customer activation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
Strong understanding of system integration, testing, and operational readiness for distributed energy or infrastructure projects.
Experience managing vendors and coordinating across hardware, software, and utility stakeholders.
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement automation to improve speed and consistency.
