Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product development initiatives by managing communications with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely updates
Oversee sourcing activities, validating documentation and collaborating cross-functionally to support business strategies and audit accuracy
Develop and manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle, conducting benchmarking and quality reviews to meet customer needs in the Prepared Foods categories
Direct product strategy implementation by analyzing market research, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements to senior leadership
Drive execution of business plans by removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adjusting strategies to meet performance goals
Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting continuous development

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
Application development experience with emphasis on VBA and SQL programming languages
Creative design software
Financial modeling
Leading and completing cross-functional projects
Manufacturing, product development, or packaging
Microsoft Office
