  • Lead execution of complex projects by managing timelines and performance standards for successful outcomes.
  • Own healthcare readiness for new club openings and remodels: Lead end-to-end execution for Pharmacy, Optical, and Hearing—managing complex, cross-functional workstreams in a regulated environment to ensure all healthcare spaces are grand open ready and risk to patient care and operations is eliminated at launch.
  • Act as a trusted SME for Health & Wellness execution: Be the go-to expert for healthcare, helping field teams navigate go-live readiness.
  • Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into actionable build plans partnering with Construction and Realty.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • A track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives —ideally in retail healthcare.
  • Experience managing multi-workstream projects involving construction, operations, and compliance.
  • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, high-volume environments with aggressive timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large checklists and interdependent workstreams.
  • Confidence to lead through influence, escalate risks early, and drive decisions across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and be hands-on when needed to ensure healthcare spaces get it right from day one.
  • Experience with pharmacy, optical, hearing, clinical services, or healthcare operations is strongly preferred.
