Lead execution of complex projects by managing timelines and performance standards for successful outcomes.
Own healthcare readiness for new club openings and remodels: Lead end-to-end execution for Pharmacy, Optical, and Hearing—managing complex, cross-functional workstreams in a regulated environment to ensure all healthcare spaces are grand open ready and risk to patient care and operations is eliminated at launch.
Act as a trusted SME for Health & Wellness execution: Be the go-to expert for healthcare, helping field teams navigate go-live readiness.
Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into actionable build plans partnering with Construction and Realty.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
A track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives —ideally in retail healthcare.
Experience managing multi-workstream projects involving construction, operations, and compliance.
Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, high-volume environments with aggressive timelines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large checklists and interdependent workstreams.
Confidence to lead through influence, escalate risks early, and drive decisions across teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Willingness to travel frequently and be hands-on when needed to ensure healthcare spaces get it right from day one.
Experience with pharmacy, optical, hearing, clinical services, or healthcare operations is strongly preferred.
