Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs for the Seafood and Sushi categories
Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues
Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze data to inform product strategies and identify trends
Oversee sample assortments, product approvals, and production processes to meet timelines and standards
Perform root cause analysis to identify and address product variances and production challenges
Communicate updates and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Support sourcing activities and ensure accurate documentation and audit compliance
Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
