What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 5 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations OR 7 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations.
Strong understanding of workforce development, economic mobility, or related fields.
Interest in how technology is changing work and opportunity.
Experience working across sectors (business, nonprofit, public sector).
Ability to communicate clearly and influence senior leaders.
Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and impact.
