Partner cross-functionally to shape business direction, optimize performance, and ensure insights are consistently leveraged to influence outcomes at scale.
Translate data into actionable insights that inform product life cycle strategies and business priorities.
Lead development and execution of data-driven initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
Evaluate performance of programs and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Drive process standardization, reporting consistency, and operational excellence across teams.
Manage multiple projects, removing barriers, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Statistical Programming Language, Supervising Associates, Working on cross-functional teams or projects.
Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification.
