About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy to improve funnel conversion and repeat shopping behavior
- Analyze funnel performance (traffic, conversion, frequency, retention) to identify gaps and opportunities
- Partner with Marketing, Membership, Product, and Analytics teams to drive acquisition and engagement strategies
- Develop initiatives to increase first-time online purchases and reduce friction in the shopping journey
- Build programs to improve retention, repeat purchase frequency, and lifetime value
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor funnel health and member behavior
- Lead cross-functional execution of initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Drive a culture of testing and continuous optimization across the funnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or related field OR 6 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or related area.
- 6–10+ years in eCommerce, growth, marketing, or product roles
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth in user acquisition and engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in subscription or membership-based businesses
- Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or personalization tools
- Experience with experimentation and performance marketing
